Is there a minimum order? No minimum, though most teams find it easiest to order in larger batches as milestones come up.

How does personalisation work? You give us the employee's name and the occasion, and we take care of the certificate wording and postcard message. If you'd like to write your own message, that works too.

How long does delivery take? Allow 10-15 business days from order to delivery.

Can packs go to multiple employees across different locations? Yes — we can deliver individually to each employee, or send a batch to one manager or office for local hand-out.

Is this a subscription or a one-off order? We're flexible, and can support regular or ad-hoc monthly ordering.
