A long service award formally recognises an employee for a significant milestone with an organisation, typically 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25+ years. It usually includes a gift, a memento or certificate, and some form of public acknowledgement.

Most packs include a gift the employee chooses from a catalogue, an engraved memento such as a lapel pin or key tag, and a framed certificate, trophy or plaque. Everything is gift-wrapped and presented with a congratulatory letter.
